From first conversation to keys in hand

We start with a proper conversation

You tell us the style of food, the covers you want and the budget you can commit. We listen first, then set out what the market can realistically offer you.

We search quietly on your behalf

We approach owners, agents and closing businesses directly, so most of what we bring you never reaches a public listing.

We inspect before you visit

We walk every site ourselves, checking the kitchen, extraction, drainage and lease terms, and we rule out anything that will not suit your menu.

We value it and negotiate the price

We prepare a written valuation, then put your offer forward and handle the back and forth until terms are agreed in principle.

We see the deal through to completion

We work alongside your solicitor and surveyor, keep the timetable moving and hand over the keys with the paperwork settled.

Where we stop

The work we do not take on

We do not act for sellers, so we never represent the other side of a deal we are already handling for you.
We do not put our name to a valuation on a property we have not walked through and inspected in person.
We do not run restaurant operations, hire kitchen staff or manage a venue once you have taken it on.
We do not take on high street or fast food units, as our knowledge sits with fine dining and licensed restaurants.
