Venues we place

Fine dining venues we help you find and secure

Wedding and event catering kitchens

We look for kitchens built around volume service, with extraction, cold store and loading access sized for a full wedding sitting rather than restaurant covers alone.

Lease assignments and new freehold purchases

We work through both routes, reading the lease terms on one side and the title and covenants on the other, so you see the full picture before you offer.

Turnkey venues with the trade fittings in place

We favour premises sold with extraction, gas, drainage and floor loading already proven, so your fit-out budget goes on the room rather than the services.

Restaurant and dining room acquisition

We source freehold and leasehold restaurants with kitchens already fitted, so you can walk into a working dining room rather than a building site with planning risk.

Listed and heritage dining venues

We handle listed buildings carefully, checking what consent is already in place and what the local authority will and will not allow before you commit to a survey.

We do not sell residential homes, flats or buy-to-let property, even where a kitchen has been installed for private use.

We do not take on daily catering bookings, staff hire or event management, because our work sits with property rather than with the plate.

We do not act as a general estate agent for retail units, offices or industrial premises with no dining function.

We do not advise on planning appeals, licensing hearings or building regulations disputes, which belong with your own solicitor and surveyor.
